Guys, we're not gonna do this SJW stuff here on the wiki. The guy doesn't know what gender he is, but he's most likely (without a doubt) male. You guys wanna wait until it's revealed or what? Meshack (talk) 17:38, May 19, 2019 (UTC)

Yeah, he is obviously male (as stated in the manga). He just doesn't remember his gender now, not that he identifies as something else. And until further proof, he is obviously male. (Unok (talk) 17:43, May 19, 2019 (UTC))

We don't need to throw the "SJW" accusations in to this. They do not have a known gender, we have no evidence that they are indeed male and that is the point of their design. Wait until it is revealed, just like you would with a hair colour. Pronouns aren't an issue but you can't assume they are male. (Rynderend (Talk) 18:02, May 19, 2019 (UTC)

Who is they? Meshack (talk) 18:09, May 19, 2019 (UTC)

His hands stated he is a boy, with female heart/soul. And while the soul/heart can be interpreted as Pure, Gentle, etc, stating that his body is male has no interpretation except that he is guy at the moment. Again, it's not like he identifies as something else, it's just that he have been so isolated that he forgot what gender is and any other social interactions. (Unok (talk) 18:13, May 19, 2019 (UTC))

Nanashi's gender identity confusion is a significant feature of the character, so why ignore it and write the article as if the issue didn't exist? As of today, Nanashi's gender identity is unknown, therefore that should be reflected in the article. You can't just assume that the confusion arose because he/she's been living in seclusion, what if it's the other way around? Perhaps the gender identity issue was what drove them to escape from the world in the first place. We don't know yet. The only thing we do know, is that when asked for their gender, Nanashi answered "I don't know". Therefore we should define their gender as "unknown". I strongly suggest that we stay open about this, out of respect for the LGBTQ community.

Seven Keys

Which chapter and page says that Nanashi is the Key's box?

In reddit some user theorized that seven keys samurai names are from japanese numeral numbers: Ichi, Ni, San, Shi/Yon, Go, Roku, Nana/Shichi and Hachi.

One/Ichi = Ichigo (althought her name don't contain the numeral one)

Ni = ??

San = Sanda (until the last chapter Ryu is the Key)

Yon/Shi = ??

Go = Goku

Roku = ??

Shichi/Nana = ???

Hachi/Eight = Hachimaru

For this theory be right one name will be left because are Seven Key and dont Eight or Hachi or Ichigo will be the Pandora's box itself.
